By using Lattice (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Sentience (“we”, “us”).

Usage

You may use Lattice to create, store, share, and export architecture diagrams. You retain ownership of all content you create. We do not claim rights to your diagrams.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others.

Payments

Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as merchant of record. Refunds follow LemonSqueezy's refund policy. Lifetime deals are non-refundable after 14 days.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from use of the Service.

Data We Collect

• Account information (email, display name)
• Diagram data (nodes, edges, viewport state)
• Usage analytics (page views via Plausible — privacy-first, no cookies)

How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell your data. AI features send diagram descriptions to Anthropic's API for processing — your code is not stored by us beyond the API call.

Data Storage

Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. All connections use TLS encryption. Data is hosted in Supabase's infrastructure.

Your Rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. Account deletion removes all associated projects and diagrams permanently.
